What do cooler weather, leaves changing color, kids back in school and Southeastern KFC's meeting all have in common???  They are all signs of Fall, of course!!  Make sure you mark your calendars right now for Southeastern KFC Franchisee Association's Fall Meeting taking place November 12 - 15, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia at our Fall location, the beautiful Crowne Plaza Ravinia.   Plans are definitely in the works for a fantastic meeting so be sure you make your plans to get in on the excitement.

God's Pit Crew

At this meeting we will be pledging our help and support for all victims of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. At the meeting, we will collect personal supplies and items for one of our local (Danville, VA) disaster relief organizations, God's Pit Crew (www.godspitcrew.org). This organization does what they call "Blessing Buckets" filled with items designed to comfort the individual or family (toothbrushes, washcloths, wet wipes, sanitizer, etc.) Here's what goes in a Blessing Bucket:

Please consider bringing these items to donate at our meeting. If you would prefer to give a cash donation instead or in addition to the personal items, there is a place while you are registering to do so, or you can bring your cash or checks to the meeting. We will be collecting throughout the meeting.

TopGolf is a premier sports entertainment venue offering games and entertainment for all ages even if you don't play golf! The Topgolf games can be played by all ages and skill levels, and the microchipped golf balls score themselves, providing players with instant feedback on each shot's accuracy and distance. Players aim for 11 giant dartboard-like targets on a 215-yard outfield. The farther the shot goes and the closer to the pin, the more points the player receives. Each Topgolf venue features climate-controlled hitting bays for year-round play, food, beverage, music and hundreds of HDTVs on which various sports games are shown, such as football, rugby and boxing as well as golf.

Exhibitor Information

Exhibits need to be set up by 2pm on Monday, November 13 and the exhibit hours on Monday will be from 5:00 - 7:00 with a cocktail party starting in the Exhibit Hall at 5:00.  On Tuesday, we will plan to have exhibit hours from 12:00 - 2:00 that afternoon with lunch being served in the exhibit hall.  You can to plan to break your booths down after the 2:00 close of the exhibit hall.  All materials must be out of the exhibit hall by 5:00 on Tuesday afternoon. Freeman Decorating will be on hand to help with all shipping needs.

 

All company membership fees ($300/company) are due for this meeting.  When registering your company, your representative in charge should register as the Primary registrant.  All other representatives should register as Additional Attendee.  This will avoid your company being charged more than once for membership dues. 

 

Also, we are looking for sponsors for all of these events.  Contributions of all sizes are very much appreciated!  Please indicate your sponsorship preferences on the registration form when you register.  If you are a Platinum or Gold level sponsor, you will have time to present on the agenda.  Please note that how much time you receive depends on the level you choose, the number of sponsors who want to present and the time in the agenda for Vendor presentations.  Your time and time slot will be determined by our program planner, 1st Vice-President, Jennifer Thomas.  Thanks in advance for all you do to make these meetings a success! ***
